Abstract

A comparative analysis of the reliability indicators of a thermoelectric cooling device under different current operating modes has been carried out. Relationships are presented that make it possible to determine the value of the relative operating current for a given relative temperature difference, ensuring the minimum failure rate. The possibility of predicting reliability indicators at the device design stage is demonstrated.
