Abstract

An approach to computer-aided design in the Internet environment is proposed. A description is given of the hardware–software complex GUI-SUPREM III for organizing design and technology modeling in microelectronics via the global Internet. The core of the module is the SUPREM III software package, intended for modeling and designing technological operations for the formation of structural elements of integrated circuits.
