Research and improvement of operational amplifier stability in capacitive sensor driver circuits
Abstract
It has been shown that the instability of operational amplifiers in capacitive driver circuits is caused by a significant phase shift in the negative feedback loop, which leads to oscillation processes. A driver has been developed and studied for operation with capacitive loads greater than 10 nF, which decouples the output of operational amplifiers from the reactive load, thereby ensuring high stability of the circuit.
