Abstract

The features of designing pressure sensors with a primary transducer based on surface acoustic waves (SAW) for nuclear power plants (NPPs) are considered. The block diagram and construction of the sensor are described. An analysis of the sensor's functional diagram from the viewpoint of its metrological characteristics is carried out. The results of experimental investigations of the sensor characteristics are compared with the calculated data.
