Abstract

The design features of the primary and secondary transducer elements of a pressure sensor for aircraft onboard equipment and check-out apparatus are considered. The proposed sensor features a simple design and high manufacturability. A methodology for calculating a pneumomechanical resonator with several oscillation frequencies of a specially shaped flat resonating element is described. Calculation dependencies for selecting the main design parameters of the pressure sensor are obtained. Based on the calculation results of one of the device design options, the possibility of precision pressure measurement is demonstrated.
