Simulation of a thermoelectric microgenerator utilizing a catalytic heat source on gaseous fuel

Abstract
A model of a semiconductor thermoelectric microgenerator with a catalytic heat source is proposed. A method for improving its efficiency is described, taking into account the heat exchange system, structural characteristics, and properties of thermoelectric batteries. The proposed model can be used for the development and creation of autonomous power sources for electronic equipment.
