Interlayer surface impurity nanocomposites of (0001) crystal Bi2Te3, alloyed with zinc and selenium
Abstract
In the process of growth and crystallization of the alloying elements in the interlayer space of the crystal the nanocomposites are formed perpendicularly to the ground plane, which leads to new electronic properties of the crystal. Formed interlayer nanostructure elements increase the mechanical strength of crystals with high thermoelectric quality factor.
