Laser devices for geometric parameters measuring of three-dimensional objects

Abstract
The article describes measuring method and presents basic variants of multi-coordinate devices for complicated surface shape control, with distinguishing method of sounding beam forming. The constructing principle and the construction of three-coordinate measuring system for height and linear dimensions of charge-coupled device are considered.
