Моделювання структури чутливого елементу магніторезистивного перетворювача
Анотація
Проведено тривимірне моделювання структури чутливого елементу магніторезистивного перетворювача активної потужності та показано розподіл струму і напруженості тангенціального електричного поля в ньому. Отримано вираз для розрахунку вхідного опору перетворювача, необхідного для обчислення струму в плівці.
